They had 23 bodies, so I don’t understand the « paper transactions. » If it was for cap accrual, they would have gone down to 20 or 21, no?
They’re now at 13F, 7D, 2G for 22 bodies, not counting IR/LTIR.
Does this mean Berard is on the roster?
Is Mancini going to be healthy scratch each game til needed?
