That reminds me of game 7 between Calgary and Vancouver in 2004. Iggy missed the open net, canucks went back down the ice and Matt Cooke scored to tie it late in the game, then the Flames won in overtime.

Canucks zone coverage is horrific. They’re stuck watching the puck because they want to protect the middle of the ice but they end up giving way too much time to the Flames to make plays – same issue last year – Tocchet has to adjust and get more aggressive – it’s hard to believe he doesn’t understand this!!!
These Flames are getting so much disrespect, especially from their own “fans”. These guys may not make the playoffs but they’re not going to be abysmal either

the flames have nothing to lose. They are picked to be one of the worst teams in the league. Its one game move on. We didnt lose 6-0 like the oilers its hard to bring intensity at the start of the seaon hopefully they tuurn it around in the coming weeks
