Bruins went 4-0 in the regular season against the Panthers last season, and it didn’t mean shit. I’d rather this team struggle out of the gate and then be fighting for their playoff lives to make it to the 3rd/4th spot in the Atlantic.
Too many times we’ve seen this team get off to hot starts and then coast the rest of the season. There’s also no benefit of being the heaviest and tallest team in the league if the guys can’t skate or pass quickly. So, I expect the conditioning to improve after the 1st couple weeks of the season
Did Terry OReilly have any sons ? Cause damn trade anything to get one. Even if he doesn't skate. I thought you played with grit between whisles not after them. Seems like the video guys are working overtime.

75% of games last year bruins relied on there goalies, in the playoffs i would say it was 95% of the games, not saying Korpi played well as he didn't but when a game starts 15-1 in shots not sure can blame him, making it 2-1 then giving Up a shorthanded goal after is much worse, ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Bruins need to watch Mighty Ducks 2 and figure out how to handle Team Iceland (Panthers) haha
The Bruins were awful in pre-season but they had excuses. They were awful last night and there's no excuse for not trying.

it's time to fire Jim Montgomery so he can go somewhere and win the Stanley Cup. The Bruins still can't handle all the forechecking and mainly just dump the pucks out to the neutral zone or icing. Until they can find a way to release the pressure and counter attack and move the puck with purpose, we may be just good enough another first rounder only
Well, thank God we paid double for an overrated goalie.🙄 some cap space to add some talent for goal scoring would’ve been nice.
No Trent, you just got played like a fiddle. This is the same thing Montreal would do to the Bruins back in the early 2000s. These guys spent that entire game not playing hockey and they got their asses beat because of it. Slow skating,not capable of completing passes in the neutral zone, barely spent any time on attack. It was pathetic.
So the Bruins reloaded as a early 90s type team to beat the Panthers? Lets see how this works out. Should be fun to watch…
