On dirait qu’ils évoquent Kirkland pour remplacer Rooney.
Il a fait un bon camp mais il a 28 ans. J’aurais pensé qu’il faudrait mettre quelques représentants chez Morton en tant que jeune homme avec qui nous pouvons potentiellement construire.
Je suppose qu’il est tout simplement trop tôt dans la saison pour commencer à faire progresser les jeunes ? Kirkland compte plusieurs saisons professionnelles à son actif dans la division A.
J’espère juste qu’ils se souviendront du principe directeur que Conny nous a dit le premier jour… les jeunes vont pouvoir jouer.

I’m guessing the Costco over morton call up is two fold:
with them saying rooney is only day to day maybe they called up Costco because they anticipate rooney playing on Sunday, and they’d rather give a single day to a well seasoned AHL vet who already knows the deal with the wranglers and isn’t missing much there
And on the other side for morton, this is an extremely important year for the wranglers so I imagine at least to kick the season off they really want to get the main group of younger guys (pelts, morton, stromgren, brz, gru, solo, lipper, etc.) Working together on chemistry and what-not early in the season and start building on some consistency.
I’m pretty damn sure morton will see NHL games this year
