They’re given to liquor distributors only. Best bet to go in the store and ask the owner if you could buy it from them. They’re constantly getting new promotional stuff so they always throw out a ton of cool stuff. The spot by my house has a life size Lindor bobble head that I’ve been hounding the owner about
I know a kid who makes neon stuff can send you his info if you want one replicated, otherwise what the others users say go in and offer to buy it
Watch eBay. A lot of promo stuff ends up there, but it’s often pricey.
