The Lions aren't making a trade for a massive contract like Miles or Maxx that will handcuff their ability to extend Hutch and Alim and their other homegrown stars.

Also all this talk about its a one off for the year of making a run to a SB? That is not right or rather correct. To me its a cultural thing. What? Is Kansas City the only team that can consistently make runs to multiple SB's? No this isnt the only year and if they make and win a SB I'd guarantee you they'd be back for another one.

Crosby for 2 firsts isn't that bad when you realize the lions draft pick the next two years is going to be, most likely 20 +.Is Crosby, a top ten edge rusher better then 2 late 1st round draft pick when the lions are a hair away from a superbowl appearance…I defiantly think he is.

Lions would never consider Deshaun Watson. Holmes and Campbell only consider a player if they have ZERO baggage and have great morals. They will pass up a bit of speed or strength to get a quality no baggage team player.
