Hey! I don’t have this sweater but eyeballing the arm pattern the thin white stripe is about ⅓ of the thick one and the red spaces look to be ½ of the thin white stripe. I measured the white arm band of my Adidas jersey and it comes out to just under 3 inches. So if we round up to 3 inches for simplicity and use that as a base measurement you’d have an arm pattern of 1 inch and 3 inch white segments and half inch red segments.
For the stripes on the stomach area, looking at a flat photo of the sweater from behind on Google, I’m 90% sure that they’re the same size as the ones on the arms so it would just be a case of replicating what you did for the arms.
If my measurements are too janky for you and you want a better chance of finding someone with one of these sweaters for the exact measurements, every team has a sweater from this brand with this exact pattern just in different colours. If you go to r/hockeyjerseys and post in their weekly questions thread someone will likely have one from one of the teams and should be able to help you out.
Just eyeballing, it looks to be 1 inch/3 inch/1 inch. But, could be 3/4” and 2 1/2”. I would cut pieces of paper and mess around with the proportions until I had a template looked correct. Good luck, awesome gift!
