  1. “he is a shapeshifter he can be whatever they need him to be”
“hey mcdavid we were wondering about a backcheck”
    “yeah thats not happening coach”

  2. Still think the Preds will figure things out. The team last year was too good to regress so dramatically.

  3. Anyone else notice the 1, 2, hyman finish goals are getting snuffed out by defences and goalies? 70% of his goals came net front and between the face off circles and I've seen oilers get him similar looks this season so far. He is probably reverting to norm since his shooting percentage was insane for his calibre.

  4. Biggest goal then it seemed …. like the guy would end up with 9 goals and 18 apples on the year …… we are in OCT ….. no need to worry …, I mean didn't they just prove this last year or did we forget already .

  5. Oilers lost too much youth and speed. Bo-Hollo-Mc…replaced them with smaller offensive players on the other side of their peak yrs. Terrible management. Without a top goalie, and a health productive Kane…hmmm

  6. 😂 I saw Nashville coming, they have all old stars guys that were great 10 years ago. Exception on two guys. But like that’s not gonna help you. Theses kids are fast and they aren’t taking easy because you’re Stamkos or O’Reilly

  7. Another great video, Jonathan. The Oil actually played decent against Calgary, but the calls didn't seem to go there way. It happens in hockey. Some days they do and some days they don't. The Philly game was almost a repeat of that but they found a way to claw their way out of it. My guess is that they will be better from here on in–but they could use some D help, for sure.

  8. I don’t understand why people say “they were one goal away from winning the cup”. No they weren’t. Mathematically they were at least 2 goals away since they would have to equalize and then score another. Like, it just makes no sense 😂

  9. They're all just finding their mojo. Preseason games are almost like another miniseason and the established rosters really don't find their chemistry or lack thereof until the first week or two of the season.

If I were a Preds fan I wouldn't be too worried either. Watched the game yesterday and there were some glimmers of magic, especially in the final stretches of the third, between Marchessault, Forsberg, and Stamkos—3 right handed players on the same line for a couple shifts, lol that was weird. And Josi as always the goat. So excited by that team. Oilers will prevail. Wanna see Emberson and Jeff Skinner really break out!

  10. I definitely seen the preds coming, you can’t expect them to be going for a deep run or even winning after one off season

  11. Detroit turned into a powerhouse team when Yzerman's point production dropped, in favour of a more rounded game. Just might see something similar with this team this year.

  12. I just wana see some chemistry between the boys again. When they get going i cant think of a more fun team to watch.
