What can they do to be better?
Frustrating, but honestly I'm just happy they're accumating pts while figuring out their middle 6. I hope we see some chemistry develop in November.
We needed scoring last yr. And we need scoring this yr. Losing 2 to 1 is embarrassing!
Pastrnak taking a 2 min penalty in OT is unacceptable. Bruins lead the NHL in penalties after six games- by a large margin. Can’t win hockey games playing one man down most of the game.
carlo and Lindholm were on the ice for both goals and got beat. Also saw that McAovy almost caused yet and other goal.
I only got to see the highlights (cant find a replay of the game).
Swayman looked to play amazing again!
But penalities!! holy shit bruins need to learn to stay out of the box!!
That 2019 non-call haunts me as well. It was a disgusting turn of events.
As for what the current team needs? All-out effort. Every shift. Every game. That's Bruins hockey and I'm not seeing much of it so far this season.

Pasta doesn’t even look like he’s trying out there half the time. Like most of the time he’s on the ice gliding and just waiting for the puck. Certainly not an $11 million player.. Marchand just looks too old at this point. Like I just think age has gotten to him. Top 6 still not producing E Lindholm has been pretty quiet the last few games. Geekie continued to look absolutely abysmal last night. I’d rather have jones in, instead of him. Brazz didn’t really look that great either. Additionally too many penalties
You completely said it and when I came downstairs from dinner the Bruins commentators were really upset. Bad sloppy playing, no team communication, undisciplined penalties- every game. This team we love I may have to go away from because it's just horrifying bad playing. Get yourselves together boys, be the Boston Bruins we love, and Turn Yourselves Around! To quote Starship "Find Your Way Back!"

Pastas playing last night reminded me of ovechkin, and not in a good way. The whole someone unplugged the controller type of way.

The Bruins coach is an absolute asshole, always changing he lineup, the four lines have no chemistry and not benching players for taking stupid penalties. Pasta should sit a game or two. Coach get your act together and discipline your players period.
Carlo needs to go, he is a liability on the ice. Getting beat on the outside is totally unacceptable. Carlo has no upside so trade the bum and get a real asset in return. Carlo stinks period.
I know it's very early, but the Bruins look terrible and Monty's on the hot seat.
The B’s just seem unorganized and undisciplined. I blame the coaching staff. Time to mix up the lines what we’re doing now is just ugly. Monty screaming at the team captain wasn’t a great look either
They played like a bunch of girls. It’s an embarrassment to the city.
The top 9 have been a bunch of bums out there besides poitras and Zacha at times
They need to make changes, the easiest thing to do is coaching, get rid of Monty, Sacco and Kelly, bring in Gerard Gallant, the exact type of coach they need to light a fire under these guys, Monty is too soft.
