As someone who watches hockey on the west coast, Lars Eller is pretty underrated. Not in the "He's a superstar and nobody treats him that way" kind of way, but i think a lot of people don't know who he is or don't give him a second thought, and thats too bad cause he's a hard worker and can be a difference maker now and then.
The Jets were a bit too sloppy (even with alot of prime scoring opportunities) and didn't wake up until Arniel teared into them.
Nice bounceback for the win.
Congrats to Bryan Little on the NHL retirement.

When I saw the Jets were playing Comrie and brought Stanley back in (both NOT very good), I thought that Arniel was being VERY StOOpid. You are 4-0, at home, Bryan Little day and you are on a roll. So you take out your Vezina goalie, take out your 3rd LHD for a Pylon and what? Fluke out a win. The Jets got lucky that Comrie pulled it together after giving up 2 and the Jets, well… they are showing so far that they will just run and gun you until it's over. Phew.
Every time I see a score like that for the last several years, I ask did they really get whupped that bad or were one or two or even three ENG’s scored?
Just one today, but still. Pulling the goalie should be like a timeout: get scored on into your vacated net, no more goalie pulls.
Nervous going in , daytime games are historically tough on the JETS .Opportunities missed in the first did not alleviate concern , but I always have confidence they will pull it off . Even when they don't . Cause when your a JET your a JET all the way ❗
the Jets are disgusting, 4 above average lines and 2 elite defenders with a top 3ish goalkeeper in the league, they need to do it in the playoffs though.

First time in the barn since covid. Had to go cheer Brian Little. It's crazy how the Jets are STILL looking to solidify that 2nd line center role after all these years. Was a bit concerned with all the lineup changes when the team was on a heater but hey it worked. GJG!

Really nice tribute to Bryan Little to start the game. #18 takes the ceremonial puck drop with Sidney Crosby. Very cool. I sure would liked to have been watching him these last years, but how cool was it to see him take to the ice in his gear one last time?

Was at the game tonight, extremely happy with the performance from the jets this year 💪 2 goals against quickly in the second, and no lack of "push back" . Regained the lead and never looked back. The team's looking solid so far
You were right before your made the correction. Hayes goal was a PP goal, there was still 10 seconds left on the PP when he scored it.
Quick point – The Jets were technically 0-2 on the power play, but did have time to set up on a delayed penalty, where we did score our first goal of the game up a man 6 on 5 with comrie on the bench…

I was in the arena for this game… incredibly well done retirement ceremony and pre-game skate for Bryan Little and we gave him lots of love and several standing ovations. The boys had moments of not finding their linemates in that second period, plus we had a few swaps of players from the last game, including Comrie in goal, David Gustaffson in for Rasmus Kupari and Logan Stanley was in for Hayden Fleury, who has quietly made quite a positive impression on many Jets fans, myself included.

The jets fanbase is very loud in regards to McGroarty. Meanwhile we don't think about Yager at all. Interesting what that reveals
