It’s been beyond obvious for some time that the team has tuned out Torts and he needs to go. His interaction with Seeler on the bench tonight is further proof.
If we're to compare to last season? More or less the same, with the exception of an improvement on the PP. On the verge of getting the annual 10 game losing streak out of the way, early.🙃
Watching the game, you can't blame it on the goalie, Ivan played well, not great, good enough to win. Chemistry on this team sucks. It's a shame because I like Torts, I don't know if they will make a change. Question is, if they make a change who do you bring in. I've been a Flyers fan for 45 years, I live in Tampa and it sucks that i have to put up with lightning fans especially after I was excited for the new season. Finally I was at the 7 nothing blowout at Tampa last year, I went home between my head between my legs. Get a freaking win already.

The thought to turn the game off did cross my mind but I never do…finally became interesting. The whole team seemed to turn a switch even the goaltending. Hopefully, this is a preview of what is to come. Michkov is the real deal, he is a PPG player on a team that has struggled to score and is just learning to play in the NHL. I cannot wait to see what he becomes!
Disappointed never expected this coming into year 3 , it’s like they have never played together not much hope left in this team it’s been 14 years since 2010
They cant build chemistry because there have been at least 20 different line combos on the front end. The defense is bad really bad they don't show a bit of toughness and Zamula is lost and makes terrible decisions its time for him to sit and give Andrae a chance or someone else. For as big as Risto is he is softer than baby shit i don't think he has one mean bone in his body. These game have been hard to watch.
I was looking for bright spots on this season. I guess we play alright for 55 minutes a game. But the 5 minutes we take off, we let in 3-4 goals. It's quite awful
I just hope that the Flyers can build on periods 2 and 3 going forward and play as a team. I am still not impressed with Owen Tippett. I thought that Jamie Drysdale looked much better. I think that the coaches should keep this line up together for at least the next two games.
Team has horrible goaltending and defense. 5×5 is really bad, expect one line TK and Mitchkov if they are playing together. rest of lines is horrible. If they go to normal lines and than nothing on 5x 5.
If a player like Wade Allison made a bad pass or went 'East West', that was a benching. 'You are gonna east-west yourself right outta my lineup' Michkov does it all night long and …….crickets
Michkov seems to also have perfect the 'Pass to no one'. I wonder which coach had that task in Training Camp … oh just fling the puck in any direction. Its all good.

Def a choppy start, high hopes to straighten it out after 1rst 10 15 games, last season showed promise until trade end year , then downfall
Everybody needs to pump the brakes and calm the hell down. Michkov being here early does not change the timetable laid out by Brier when this rebuild started. Just because Y'all got your hopes up Don't mean shit. The team as it sits now is not the completed team from the rebuild, we are still rebuilding, it is a transition team
The way I see it, this isn’t year 3 of the rebuild like many are saying. Fletcher was fired at the end of the 22-23 season and then Briere and Jones came in afterwards. I would honestly say that last year was year 0. Briere and Jones established the culture and got to see what that did for the roster as it’s currently constructed all while having just drafted Michkov as he’s who we’re currently building around now. This is the true year 1. A lot more pain is to be expected of this rebuild if this is what the current roster truly is. We have to stay the course of drafting high-end talent and developing them well all while maintaining the culture that was implemented from the beginning
I had so much fun watching this team last year, and all the hype coming in with Michkov (who’s been as advertised), it’s a massive disappointment and I’ve already stopped watching cause there’s just better stuff to watch right now then this team sucking. I know not gonna be cup contenders but they’re not this bad. Be better.
