Start putting them in the net. In practice drills, do nothing but thread the needle at net openings. All players are getting paid too much not to finish the job at the net.
When was the last time a player actually said "I NEED TO BE BETTER" instead of yes the team needs to be better. Man up. Take accountability. Lets freaking go boys.
