Who is Piercey and why do I love him so much?
We’ve had 3rd goal, yes, but what about 4th goal? – Piercey
Over the course of a 82 game season, I project Riley Piercey scoring 328 goals.
And with a 20 year career, 6560 goals an no assists.
So, uh, Riley Piercey is having an ok PTO
So I was at the game and got to see piercey obliterate the blue jackets. Edvinsson looked defensively like easily the best defender between both teams but he was very quiet with his offensive game. Johansson had a quiet game but he made some nice hits at the blue line stepping up. Soderblom had his chances but at times in the Ozone looked sluggish effort wise. Maybe it’s just cause he’s so big he looks like he’s not trying as much, the mantha problem. Hanas looked really good defensively for a forward and Cossa had a really solid game for the first half. Outside of that one bad rebound he made multiple very good stops up close. Looked a lot better than when I was there last year. Lombardi also had a solid game.
Marchenko for the blue jackets was really physical, him and Kent Johnson were for sure their best players. Jiricek was pretty invisible to me for majority of the game but I saw him make one really good play in the O zone. Mateychuk was pretty invisible to me. Also looks quite small on the ice. Those are all my impressions for the really relevant prospects.
Oh and when piercey scored his fourth goal edvinsson put his hand up towards the whole left side of the stands as we were cheering and put 4 fingers up until he skated to the bench lol. I got a kick out of that
