@Ligue nationale de hockey

It’s sid and it’s not even close.

Crosby all day everyday. We were robbed of 2 seasons of Prime Crosby

  3. Virtual-Order4488

It’s Crosby if you want to go all the way and Ovi if you want to win regular season trophies.

Jk, both are amazing, but on serious note, Crosby makes evwryone around him better. Just compare the Pens’ SC-winning teams to Caps’ regular-season winning teams and Pens are not better overall but their top dog was more valuable when it mattered the most.

    Let’s make it a poll.

Upvote for sid, down for ovi.

Then do the opposite to my comment so I’m not point farming here.

I’ll go with the x3 Stanley cup winner, the x2 Olympic gold medalist, thank you very much.

Crosby makes everyone around him better, I think that’s more valuable in the long run.

Crosby without a doubt. Prime Crosby was an under rated goal scorer in his own right.

If going by actual team performance and the number of Cups: Crosby.

If going with game changing and unselfish team play: Crosby

Love both guys but Sid all the way.

    Biased fan here Crosby easily.

Only player that I’d trade prime Crosby for that is in this Era is McDavid and that wasn’t a thought till this last playoffs.

Crosby hands down! Go Pens GO

  12. Jlhspamiam

Remember that time the Pens needed Crosby to be more of a goal scorer, so he won the Rocket Richard trophy?

  13. SportsBall89

I’ll go with the greatest goal scorer of all time

I would take Crosby in a heartbeat, but saying « who has more cups? » is and always had been stupid reasoning. It’s a team award. The PENGUINS have more cups than the Capitals. Regardless, yeah Crosby fairly easily.

Seems more than obvious to me…..Sid any day of the week!

Prime Ovechkin was a complete animal and force of nature (obviously I’m biased). It would be interesting to see what kind of success he would have had earlier in his career with a different team, like Boston or Chicago or LA. Among the many Ovy anomalies is how loyal he’s always been to the organization despite losing in spectacular fashion every year but one.
