So I ordered one of the custom jerseys so I could get my dad a blackout Otter jersey for his bday. Paid for and yesterday it said it was still being processed. I get this today and now my order is not just cancelled but the posting on NHL shop is still up and even says « Almost Gone! ». Has anyone ordered these recently who’s also getting their order cancelled? I am not too happy as the payment is now going to be hit with interest on my card as my statement date is coming up before the refund is going to apply.

Not just that but even if they give me the 25% discount their site shows a 25% discount lasting for another 6 hours. So my discount isn’t « special » at all.

First time ordering from NHL shop and I am not very happy at all with this.
I had ordered a jersey years ago online and they just refunded and I never got it.
Try hangarhockey.com. Dallas Stars online team store. If what you want isn’t in stock one of the Stars retail stores might have it.
I’ve always used the hangar. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have. I’ve never had an issue with them shipping something to me and will even hold it in store if you want to pick it up there. Last year during the playoffs, I wanted a home Robertson jersey but they were out of stock. Five minutes later, the dude calls me back and tells me they can sell me a blank and letter it for me for a little extra. To me, as an out of town fan, that’s service.
Never use NHL shop or anything else Fanatics has their dirty hands on. They are nothing more than the middleman when buying stuff there.
Tried to buy a Bolts cup jersey last year. They sent me the one with the champions patch, not once but twice. Their Vendor in Buffalo said they didn’t have the patch in stock on the 3rd time. I pointed out that they are still advertising it. They said they would take it down. They are still advertising it today!
