When’s the last time we had a GM or coach extended? I can’t remember anyone who hasn’t been one and done recently
First GM we’ve had in a decade that has common sense.

I believe now that he’s been extended we fire him.
Kind of a shame but who am I to argue with well established Sabres traditions.
It’s premature, but this is right move regardless.
Like, if I had a dollar for every time a GM got nervous because of their contract situation and then did something really dumb to try and win immediately I’d have about four dollars.
Cant argue he doesn’t deserve it. Clearly he is behind building a culture with these guys where the entire team wants to play here and care about playing here.
Deserved for how he handled the Eichel situation alone. Massive W
