As a Flyers fan and as frustrated as I have been with the team and team management (especially the last several seasons) I would be devastated if they packed up and left town.
I hope team number 32 goes to Quebec, they really got hosed. Your biggest rival has 24 Cups, you lose your team, then the team you lost wins a cup their first year in a new city.

He wishes somebody would take over the ownership in Arizona, and when potential owners keep falling through, the NHL keeps stepping in to take over ownership to keep the team there. But he never tried this hard to keep the Nords, Jets, and Whalers from leaving.

Now the NHL needs to do the right thing and give Quebec their team back.

im sure part of the reason they chose to keep the jets name was merchandising they could sell throw back 80s merch plus merch with new logo .
