Let’s go Calgary
T.N.T.
Oi! Oi! Oi! Oi! Oi! Oi!
Oi! Oi! Oi! Oi! Oi! Oi!
Oi! Oi! Oi!
T.N.T !
Neither team are Cup contenders.
Is it just me or the Flames are on fire right now?
Other than the bad goaltending and mediocre coaching, the Oilers are only carried by two superstars are Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl. If you still have that kind of thing, then no championship for the Oilers at all. That team needs chemistry as well as good coaching and goaltending. Defense too.
The amount of Oilers fans there makes it feel like a home game 😎
I love watching the Oilers lose… The excuses that the fans and media make for them are hilarious. They just suck. They have no defense and the goaltending is terrible. Stop making excuses and admit it.
You got to bring a team if you gonna beat Calgary
Smith, Koskinen, and Markstrom are the 3 stars of the game.
So why didn’t we get a goalie at the trade deadline
I was in NYC for a business trip in November and watched the Rangers get dominated by the Flames at MSG. I knew back then this team would end the year on top, they look damn good
Amazing game 😊- unfortunate for oilers but over all what an action packed entertainment by both hockey teams always love good battle of alberta.🙏
Oilers had some BRUTAL breakdowns, they got to step it up. Nothing they cant clean up though. If you're a Flames fan or an Oilers fan, you'd love for this matchup in the Playoffs. Just fun hockey to watch from both teams.
You know you suck when you score 3 goals and have a -4 rating. Lazy Leon! 😂🤣😂
great defense edmonton😂
Nurse lookin like Steve Smith on Tanevs goal eh!
If someone told you one team was 3/5 and the other 0/4 on the powerplay and the margin of victory was 4, they'd never in a million years guess it was the 0/4 team that won.
Goals from both teams were absolutely PRISTINE. Good game.
9 -5 come on boys
These kids play the game sooo fast, not only do I miss the puck going into the net, I don't see it coming out, either
Terrible back checking by the Oiler forwards and the defence is still not there. Sadly to say, this game just shows how far they are behind the better teams in the league.
I was curious of Woodcroft's decision to bench every single Oiler who was also an ex flame. – Smith (didnt start), Derek Ryan, Kris Russell… maybe some exflames in the lineup would've given that spark.
Why didnt we change the goalie after 6 my god
Always nice to see a great goaltender battle.
Edmonton has a goalie problem that was never addressed this season at the trade deadline. They will pay for it despite having some superstars.
Am I watching the 80s hockey scoring now?
remember people complaining about goalies not saving the net? this looks like that as well.
Outside of Nurse, Oilers need to clean house with defense. They are absolutely pitiful at getting back from 3 on 2’s and cannot handle when players enter their defensive zone. They just collapse and force forwards to pivot and guys like Mcdavid and Leon, can’t save goals by covering players and have the energy to play forward and score. Ovechkin doesn’t back check, you shouldn’t ask your forwards to when your defense are paid to.
Lets be honest, the flames kicked their asses.
"We Want 10!, We Want 10!"
and they said break the team up? go flames goooo
Is Nurse still worth all that money ? What a joke of a franchise the Oilers are…
I wonder what Tkachuk said to Smith after his goal
Cassie Campbell's voice causes me migraines.
Crowd sure heard a lot of tnt
This is the most heated "Battle of Alberta" moment.
