Don't get me wrong, Ingram played an amazing game and was a drastic upgrade over Rittich. Let's be real though, most of the shots he faced he didn't have to do much – the Preds copied the playbook of the Stars and Golden Knights by keeping everyone tight around the goalie in the shooting lanes, forcing low-quality shots from the perimeter, going for blocks and playing transition game off of our aggressiveness. Bednar needs to scheme ways of using our speed to create more space in the o zone especially during power play so we get higher quality shots. Teams will continue to goon it up against the Avs and take blatant penalties if we can't make them pay for it with power play goals. Great gritty win Avs, just don't want us to get outcoached like the last two playoffs
That was a weird game. I felt like the refs were against the avs on that game. I'm glad the avs got the win. But I give all the props to the Nashville goalie that guy is good.
Life long Milwaukee Admrials fan here (AHL Affiliate for the Predators), knew since day 1 he played he was an amazing goalie, but even after all that I still am in shock hot amazing he played yesterday, I could not believe it but it also made me feel so amazing because I feel like I know the guy too! If Saros doesn’t pull past any of Rinne’s success, it’ll most certainly be Ingram! Hats off to you and congrats on your win Colorado.
Beautiful work tendy! The pressure you must be under as the backup going against the best team in the league right now must be insane, not to mention in the playoffs! Win or lose you played outstanding, teammates need to step it up.
Ingram had a heck of a game. Also, kudos to Josi for setting Makar up for the game winner! Without his block, Makar would have never gotten the rebound

Insane being there in person, Nashville's goalie was on fire but the Avs were relentless.

Avs are undefeated in games I attend (only 5 but still lol). This was by FAR the best one. Playoff OT is absolutely insane!
