These boys are special. Complete turnaround in tenacity and heart from last year’s team. Finally not painful to be a Sabres fan. Outstanding job not giving up and getting the “W’.
As a Hawks fan I really enjoyed watching the game til the first couple of minutes in the second period 🙈 players like Raddysh, Lafferty, Toews, Strome, Kane and Cat have been entertaining to watch lately..
sabres 5-5 goal was really cool.. but to end the game with a blooper like that oh no.. poor Lankinen.. I wouldn’t blame him that much for the other five goals.. they were mostly bloopers by the defense..
Sabres were the better team over 60 minutes.. although Lankinen had better save percentage than Tokarski Hawks defense looks unable to stop the offense.. a lot of chances getting through.. It’s a 6-5 loss in regulation but scoring chances are probably something like 32-14 in favor of the Sabres..
Was great to win this game, this is a character win for my Sabres. Was also great to run this in my coworkers face who is from Chicago, not only is NY pizza better, but so are our teams B)
In the old days I would've been disgusted to see the Blackhawks choke one away in such embarrassing fashion. I've sadly grown quite numb at this point after watching them become such hot garbage these last few years. I simply don't care anymore which is probably the saddest point you reach being a fan.
Losing a game after a 3-0 goal lead against Vegas. Then the very next game losing to Buffalo after a 4-0 goal lead… Just when I keep thinking we've hit rock bottom, we keep going down farther.

This Blackhawks team is a disappointment to watch. I don't even watch them anymore because I know every game something like this happens.
