ONE OF MY IDOLS IS TUGNUTT

Wow!
Bon voyage André Côté! #RIP
Bon repos André Côté
une piece d'anthologie, en plus de voir 4 Légendes du hockey (Lafleur, Sakic' Bourque, Neely)
What a great Goaltender he was and what a remarkable game, Now that was goaltending at it's Best
How great was this game by Tugnutt? It was so great that even the 2 most bias announcers at the time; Fred Cusick & Derek Sanderson gave the guy praises. I loved them both & their commentary was comical, but as a Bruin fan even I thought their bias was over the top. Jack Edwards has NOTHING over those 2. lol, but back to Tugnutt. He said it was the only time he ever heard of a player in his home rink, telling the opposing goalie to take a bow! I watched this live & as a goalie myself I loved every second of it!
la seule étincelle (avec sakic et lafleur) de la période noire des nordiques …
12:40 cherry on the cake, bruins player falls on his knees.
And remember, this was way before the "1 guaranteed point in Overtime" rule. Imagine had that Bourque shot gone in in the final seconds. OUCH! lol
