    Good riddance. What a complete coward. Unbearable. Unreal. Victim mentality through and through. You don’t leave your sinking ship. You go down with it. The captain is always last to abort the sinking ship. Let alone 99% of the time proudly go down with it as it crashes and burns and ceases to exist. The sheer notion that the motion of the boat made him sick and he became sea sick is just another sign of his gravitational weakness. Eye eye captain. Thanks for nothing.

    I bet he's now treated like a top 10 player that he's always been, but no one would talk about. He's 4th in overall points since 2010. He's (I believe) 1st in overall PP points since 2010. He's currently 3rd in faceoff %. But, the NHL hates Philly but now, they can openly praise him.

    Giroux has 4 goals in his last 35 playoff games.
    Giroux has won 1 playoff series in the last 10 years.
    Giroux's OWN fanbase in Philly has ripped him for his lack of leadership.
    Giroux does not have the speed that the Panthers top 6 has. (Maybe not even the top 9!)
    Giroux's defensive game is… meh!

    Why again did we go after this guy?

    I respect Claude keeping private the conversations between him and Chuck Fletcher, but I would really want to know the truth. It is a shame that Flyers fans have so little trust and so much disgust in their team's management. Wishing Claude the best in Florida!

    Philly fan my whole life. G leaving was my saddest moment. It’s greedy to want to keep him but you will see why. This man works his ass off and deserves that cup. GO FLORIDA. GET THAT CUP. G fan for life. 👊👊👊

    For years, I defended Giroux game, his captaincy, and his will to win.

    On March 17th of last year, the Rangers beat us 9-0, and our captain didn’t even get a single shot on net.

    That’s the day Giroux lost me forever. Flat out unacceptable. Unacceptable!
