  1. Avs biggest hole on D was net-front play. Manson should be an upgrade and is definitely better than Murray and the Johnsons so should be an improvement if Byram doesn’t make it back

  2. The voice, the legend, and now a face.
Yet not wearing any Michigan Wolverine apparel?
    Oh well maybe next time.

  3. That's a lot for Manson but I really like Manson, great pick up, Leafs should've been in on Manson

  4. I just noticed on cap friendly That Vegas has $31 million in IR and LTIR on their cap! They are obviously loading up for some type of trade. I like this trade for Colorado. Enjoy your vacation Lego.

  5. The trade is a win for both teamsDucks new GM said he wants big strong defense , guess he got one

  6. Manson would be a great fit on the avalanche!!! And Drew Helleson is a good prospect!

  7. Looks like Anaheim has given up on the playoff chase now, even though it still is has a slight chance.

  8. Lego you rock !!
Its B.C it rains alot here
Vancouver Canucks need to start thinking on selling before the ship sales away ..lol

  9. As a Ducks fan I see this as a win win deal. Solid return for Manson as a rental whose play has declined the past couple years, but can still remain effective if he deviates from physical play and emphasizes defensive discipline and short break out passes. He looked great doing that the last couple games, just like his old self. Big fan of Helleson, we needed a RHD in the system desperately

  10. Helleson is a player who has gotten better every single year. He was arguably the Avs 3rd best prospect. Could end up being a better version of Manson in a few years time

  11. As a Ducks fan I’m very excited for Drew. He seems to be a very similar player to Manson but 10 years younger and his floor is still a bottom pairing defenseman. Assuming we can sign him, this is a great deal for the Ducks for a UFA who probably wasn’t returning

  12. Losing Manson, Rakell and Lindholm via trades in one year would be devastating but the net return for the three is quite enticing. Raks is streaky but has two 30 goal seasons under his belt.

  13. As Colorado fan,I agree…both teams won. If I'm Anaheim,I'd rather Hellison,& 2nd,than late 1st by itself. Agree with everything you said. Of course we want Giroux also-other a bit lesser version-but other than faceoffs,he doesn't really feel a need…just take you from elite talent to phenomenal up front. Manson actually fills our 2nd biggest need…after faceoffs…but much more important than faceoffs. I'd give both teams A- right now…we will see how it works out.

  14. But Drew hellson is not ready for the NHL he barely still in college so how do you know he’s going to work out for the Anaheim ducks

  15. First second of the video I though I was looking at Nick Suzuki. You have the exact same hair right now.

  16. Perfect trade! I was really praying for Manson as a Avs fan. I was just worried that they need to overpay for him but 2nd and Helleson wasn’t too much. Girard have been bad for a while now and I don’t think he is never gonna be good in playoffs but maybe playing with Manson can help him a bit.

  17. Sakic said that he is optimistic that Byram will be back this season. They have lot of cap space left so maybe Girard and pick for Giroux is still possible. Toews-Makar and Byram-Manson would be good top 4 for the playoffs.

  18. as a Ducks fan, its a nice trade, even I like the effort from Manson, real team player. I like it more then "only" a late first bc so we have 2 prospects instead of one and late firsts are lottery. Helleson played with Zegras and played some international games, even at the olmypics 3 of 4 games. he is a big RHD, so its a replacement for Manson.
and finally its look like that we have a GM who wants the rebuild…
and who knows, Manson said earlier, he wants to stay bc family…. so 2 month away to a cup contender and in summer he resigns with the Ducks… then this would be a great trade.

  19. sakic got fleeced lmao, a solid prospect and a second for a 30 year old #6 d man.

  20. I hope you enjoyed what??????? Speak English please. No idea what he says at the end.

  21. Manson was a 6th rounder, getting two second rounders is such a huge win. Maybe not on paper, but most definitely a win because Verbeek is helping the team get younger while Bob Murray would’ve just sat there with his whiskey saying “let’s go for the cup” and picks up a Washed up Robidas, Fistric, or Eaves. So happy GMBM is gone.
