Wow, not a Sabres fan (don’t dislike them either) but I’ll be watching a few games to see what this kid can do. His lateral movement is absurd.

Been a fan of Frolunda for a long time, I’ve seen the likes of Erik Karlsson and Alexander Wennberg evolve to the stars they are today. But they aren’t even close t o what Rasmus can do. He’s on a completely different level. His poise and movement are amazing. If Sabres skip on Rasmus, it will be their biggest mistake for a long time to come. Rasmus alongside Eichel and Mittelstadt.
I have watched the actual lottery over and over, binged highlights like these multiple times and that mountain hype video, listened to however many interviews from hockey analysts, read so many articles and it still hasn’t sunk in yet.
People need to realise that all those highlights are of him as a 16 and 17 year old against MEN.
Sweet Jesus am I excited for this kid. I don't any forward, even Eichel, can dangle like that. This kid will be awesome to watch. And he's only getting better!!!

He certainly looks intrigueining. Whether or not he is a generational player remains to be seen. I understand Ulfie Dahlin (stars) is his uncle and was a considerable influence on him. Uflie was one of the best checkers ever, and also one of the best along the boards that I've ever seen. I only hope some of that grinders talent rubbed off from Uncle Uflie. If it did, this kid will go far.
He is going to make some veterans shake their heads in disbelief.
