Man I’m so ready for Murray to be the deciding factor to my mental state for the 7 or so months
Given that we had Mrazek being the deciding factor for that, I genuinely think Murray can’t be worse (although I have been wrong before)
A huge part of goaltending is mental. Hopefully he can get back to the same mindset he had earlier in his career
Murray won two cups and people out there basing his abilities on playing for a barely breathing Sens squad for the last two years.
He’s a capable goaltender, nobody will have great numbers on a shit team.
Murray isn’t the same goaltender that won back to back cups, but his performance in Ottawa isn’t a reflection of his true abilities either. What we’re going to get is probably somewhere in between that.
People talk about the pressure cooker of Toronto.

I guess all we can do is hope for the best…
Murray is still only 28, so I’m just going to sit back and see what happens. I think he has a chance to be good again, so that’s my hope. And Sammy is only 25 so I think we’re sitting pretty.
I think people will end up eating a lot of shit on the Murray trade.
