À quel point c’est bon : Blue Jackets de Columbus

La liste semble bonne. Le truc, c’est qu’ils veulent devenir bons à grands. 1. Seguin for panarin. If they can’t sign him they need good value back. Like what they did with Johansen for Jones

  2. Defense isn't the problem. I don't see any star forwards without Panarin.

  3. A lot of former Blackhawks in Columbus, really wish Panarin, Duclair and Clendening were still there

  4. I honestly think it's decent. Definitely not on the same level as Washington or Pittsburgh, but still decent. The goaltending is great, defense is pretty good considering Werenski and Jones, but the offense honestly does not impress me. Aside from Panarin, there is no real standout offensive player. Dubois was good last year and surprised a lot of people stepping into that role as the top center, however, I don't know if I see him putting up numbers parallel with Panarin's. The offense is a bit concerning to say the least. I think it's good in Columbus, but they need to bring in more offensive talent if they want to get past the first round of the playoffs. Just my two cents.

  5. Can you make a video on possible other destinations for Panarin? I heard he is considering Florida?

  6. as a season ticket holder for Columbus the past 3 years i can safely say things are better than they've ever been, better attendance and sales, more fans out & about in everyday life, more points and making playoffs in back to backs… shame we've lost to the champs both years.. just a better overall buzz in the city for this year, now we just need to take that next step and win a couple series, tortes mentality works well in this city, blue collar work ethic where everyone is accountable for their own actions. just need more depth scoring , milano and bjork need to step up, and dub needs a better season for sure, anderson and wenn and boone should keep their play up, sign panarin short term for 2 years for 8.75/year, start korpi more frequently for better nhl XP. defense just keep doing what its doing, Cbus is becoming a nice little hockey town. now we just need to mold our culture in a winning one . GO JACKETS !!

  7. I'm a little curious as to what the largest cap hit/player was on any Stanley Cup champion team?  It makes me wonder how much a team can pay any one player, and afford a capable supporting cast to make a run at the cup?

  8. Panarin wants to get paid and he deserves to, just look at the points he put up in Columbus without Patrick Kane. The sad thing is that Columbus won’t give him the money he deserves because he’s seeking 7.5-9 mil per season and not only that but Panarin wants to play for a bigger market. I say Panarin hits free agency and signs with an original 6 team.

  9. They along with St Louis Arizona Florida San José and Minnesota have along way to go but Columbus Minnesota Nashville St Louís are getting closer to the Stanley Cup picture like D.C. has done

  10. Somebody please explain to me why this Panarin thing is going on so long or really at all. He's probably their best player so why not treat him like that? What am I missing here? Thanks in advance for the the enlightenment.

  11. one and done again. same song and dance until the forwards improve, they get absolutely toyed with when it matters in the playoffs

  12. I'm no expert, but I have heard rumors how Panarin doesn't exactly want out of Columbus… He just doesn't wanna sign a long contract in one city
Anyway, all we really need at this point is Pierre McGuire asking "What have Blue Jackets ever done in playoffs?" when the playoffs start

  13. Wait – when did Dubois become a "number 1 center in the league"??? He just played his rookie season and scored 48 points in 82 games. For me the jury is still out – I think he needs 70 points in his sophomore season to be up there in "number 1 center" territory.

  14. IMO Panarin is one of those guys who's better off being the big fish in a small pond. If he goes somewhere else for the paycheck he's liable to find himself underperforming and subject to trade rumors with a bad contract. If I were Davidson & Kekalainen, I'd focus on re-signing Panarin and prepping to replace Bobrovsky. Bob will never get "eleventy billion dollars" in Columbus and everyone knows it and especially his agent should know it. If the time were to come to trade him, I think Korpisalo backed up by Berube would suffice. Korpi has shown that when he gets most of the starts, like he did a couple years ago during Bob's injury, he plays very well and is capable of stealing a game here and there. Berube has nothing more to prove in the minors and should get his shot to be in the NHL full-time.

  15. GO JACKETS!!!
Torts is getting this team where it needs to be- Jackets are the dark horse for the Eastern Conference.

  16. I think the Achilles heel for CBJ in the playofffs is Pittsburgh and Washington. If they could manage to eliminate one and the other be eliminated by someone else, they could go to the final in the East. But they’re not dispatching both in the same year.

  17. Reminds me of the Wild, in that, they haven’t been able to take that next step. Can’t get over the hump. Good middle of the pack, but not elite yet.

  18. Bob is not a fluke. The Jackets defense makes irresponsible plays that lead to an odd man rush. They are young and need the experience required to survive the playoff style of hockey

  19. Remember when the Blue jackets scored the overtime winner in game 7 of the first round? Yeah, me neither.
