Without Stone and Pachioretty, VGK really struggles on finishing their chances. The misfit line can get hot, but the rest of the lines is a struggle to find the net after doing the work to get a good look. This is part of the reason why the VGK d-men have so many points since they’ve had to make up for the lack of scoring

Was fun watching the ATT sportsnet stream of this on ESPN and hearing Dave goucher on hot mic trashing VGK and Robin lehner for being 22nd in save percentage while they thought they were on commercial break. Although to be fair they’re actually 25th in the league so goucher was being generous lol
