The Wild played one heck of a game after the broken stick lead to a awesome goal. What isn't awesome is the @NHL on @ESPN starting a game between two central time zone teams on at 8:30 p.m. local time. Not to mention that they played almost half a period before the game actually started on ESPN. In what world do they think a playoff game will finish in 2 and a half hours when they start one game at 6 and the second at 8:30 p.m.? I don't know that I have ever seen a game get over that quick. I don't know when the game actually got over because some people have to work and be up at 5, so I only watched the first two periods but I bet it was well after 11. What are they thinking? There is a better than average chance that some of these games go to overtime and who knows when those games are going to get over. 12:30 to 1 a.m. if it only goes to one OT. Figure it out already. Put the games on when the local fan bases can actually watch. Duh.

It's good that the Wild were able to bounce back from an abysmal Game 1, but I really wish that they would change the goal song back to "Crowd Chant" by Joe Satriani.

My upset is the stars in 6. They will win the close games and shut Calgary’s offense down. This is why nhl is the best league in sports. Everything is a toss up. Love it.
