There are probably some issues within the organization (the Penguins) that have made the working environment difficult… sometimes, people just need a change in scenery for their work. It happens to many of us, and hockey executives are no different.

i think i was the only person traveling as it cost like $25 r/t to go to new york and fort lauderdale during that time from chicago. I traveled anyways because i did nto want it to impact me mentally . I also didnt stay home all day and forced myself to take a 45 min walk to target every day. Jim does not have to apologize for anything. everything was different
