  1. What a way for the Original Six to go out Canadiens vs Maple Leafs great final the " aging" Leafs upset the high flying Habs

  2. Damn Gretzky, Hasek, Greg Adams and Martin Gelinas for beating them in the conference finals after ‘67.

  3. A weird call on Beliveau for cross-checking on Tim Horton (not even getting hit on th boarding move) … but Mtl #15 with a cross-check not even called right after on the same shift in the 1st period. Later on the 1st period, Red Kelly trips Jean Beliveau at Mtl blue line without a call whatsoever. It was fun, thus, to see the very last match during the original 6 teams, a Classic. I guess it was the last match of Gump Wormsley with his #30 jersey and changed it to a #1 the year after for the 1967-68 season as well for the 1968 playoffs against Glen Hall of the St-Louis Blues.

  4. Rest easy Chief, thanks for all you did, wish I was around to see you in action

  5. RIP to George Armstrong who scored the final goal of the NHL's Original Six era in this game.

  6. Very interesting to see how they played hockey back in those days. Besides no helmets, its pretty similar to today's game.
    Amazing.

  7. 9 of the top 100 are playing in this game. Terry Sawchuk, Dave Keon, Frank MahovlichI, Tim Horton, Red Kelly and Johnny Bower who isn't playing in net for the Leafs and Jean Beliveau, Yvan Cournoyer and Henri Richard I can't even begin to imagine how great these players would be with today's equipment

  8. I was expecting a pretty low skill game but this actually ain't that bad except for the goalies, the goalies are pretty bad with those pillows on them

  9. i watched this game live..back then…watchin the habs tryin to beat the knights tonite…we need the old canadians against the knights i think..

  10. there were no tv ads through the period as far as i can remember…just sponsership ads in intermissions like esso and ford

  11. It's hard to believe this was just 12 years ago before Gretzky started playing in the NHL. Why does this feel like it's in the 30's or 40's?

  12. 😔just who knew that this was the end of the Toronto maple leafs and the start of the Toronto make beliefs

  13. Fun fact: All the Toronto Maple leafs Stanley cups were won when there was only 6 NHL teams in the league.

  14. I’ve been a Ranger fan since 1962 and I can not believe a Canadian based team has not won the cup going on 29 years.

  15. Video ends* Urinating Tree over 50 years later time to make a video on this team’s futility.

  16. If leafs don't win the Cup every leafs fans should watch this over n over until they do 🤣🤣

  17. One of the advantages of being my age is that I can say I saw the Leafs win their 4 Stanley Cups in the 60s!

  18. For a team with 13 Championships more than most other hockey teams, why did they crash so hard after this series and haven’t done squat for the past 55 years?

  19. Happened 26 days before I was born haven't seen a win yet in my lifetime 55 yrs and counting. The voice of Paul Morris brings back Saturday nights as kid after playing minor hockey earlier in the day then HNIC in the 70s.

  20. Can't wait for the next one….no like literally, i can't, i don't know if I'll still be alive in 2067 😭

  21. What a big difference the Toronto Maple Leafs Organization Culture has gone from 1967 anything less than winning the Stanley Cup Title was unacceptable to 55 years later fat overpaid Players just content being only regular season champions and nothing else after.
