La reconstruction et l’avenir des Canucks de Vancouver

Je sais que je les ai déprimés ou que j’ai eu l’air de les avoir vraiment déprimés, mais je vois un moment où ils s’amélioreront et des raisons d’être optimiste. 1. If they did sign travres its only a little bit more then what danial and Henrik are making combined so can't be that bad for the cap

  2. As someone from germany: Thank you for being a guy that talks about hockey <3

  3. Vancouver was pretty stupid in trying to make the playoffs in 2015…. since they missed in 2014 they should have tanked in 2015 and try for McDavid and Eichel yet they lost in the 1st round to a newbie Calgary team and missed out on generational talents…..
Now look at Edmonton they got McDavid and will continue to be a pain in the ass to Vancouver as division rivals……

  4. Louie Ericsson Always have a first bad season with a new team!
He will be just fine this season!

  5. Imagine telling someone 5 years ago that in 2020 the elite pacific division teams will be Edmonton, Calgary, and Arizona and that the California teams will be rebuilding and at the bottom of the league (maybe not Anaheim because of the young defense and Gibson) but they won't be at the top

  6. Canucks need a few more high picking drafts and then a few years of developing. So 3-4 years until Competitive, 4-5 years from Contenders.

  7. As a Sharks fan, Goldobin has some growing up to do if he ever wants to be successful in the NHL. "Attitude problem" is thrown around far too often, but in Goldobins case, it's fair. Coming into training camp two year ago, he refused to work on his TERRIBLE two way game and he said "because I'm so good at scoring, they (coaching staff) need to realize I don't have to worry about defense." Not kidding, he actually said that ot something very similar. Then last year when he got called up for a game or two and sent back down to the AHL, he literally threw a fit about it. A few different beat writers said he threw a little bitch fit whilst exiting DeBoers office after he was told he would be going back the AHL.
So if Goldobin will ever make it work, he has really go to grow up and little, and work on his game without the puck. With the puck, the kid looks fantastic, but when he doesn't have to puck on his stick, he looks absolutely lost and can be a nightmare to watch.

  8. i used to always yuk it up about how bad Benning is, then since the trade deadline I've been noticing "holy shit all the things we've been saying he did bad actually turned out well" and I've actually liked his moves as of late (altho SIGN BO ALREADY JIM), it looks like he's sort of going with the Toronto model. hold all the prospects down by signing decent players to cheapish short term deals and then trade them for picks at the deadline and then let the youngens play for about 20 games, then repeat until the prospects either are 100% ready or push vets out of the lineup

  9. A couple years down the line
    Dahlin-Pettersson-Goldolbin
    Gadjovich-Horvat-Boeser
    Eriksson-Gaudette-Virtanen
Your guess is as good as mine-Gaunce-maybe Lind
    Dahlin-Tanev
    Juolevi-Stetcher
    Brisebois-tryamkin/gudbranson/wiechosh
    Demko
    Markstrom

I see a contender in this team down the line. Depending on cap they could be better then oilers and definitely the flames who will be the biggest competition in our division

  10. Sven, horvat, Boeser
    Granlund, pettersson, Lind
    Goldobin, sutter, Gagner
    Eriksson, Dahlen, Virtanan

    Juolevi Tanev
    Hutton stetcher

You have to be optimistic seeing that for our future

  11. Teams Doing good, I like the way we are rebuilding, we got Goldobin Warming up the bench for the boys, Virtanen cracking a cold one with me, We got a new pair of Sedins from Sears, Pettersson and Dalhin, That other guy we drafted is good too…

  12. Big Canucks fan! Think that when the Sedin brothers came up, thought they had a chance with the right pieces added, but never happened, oh well. Maybe your right, it's time to dump the Sedin brothers and add the new talent coming up. Will be sad to lose the Sedin brothers, but it's about time. I remember back to the 1993-1994, so close yet no Cup. Also the 2010-11 again so close but no Cup. I agree with you on what you said. Diehard Canucks fan for ever. Thanks, and I subscribed to your channel. One last thing , ever heard of Strat-O-Matic Hockey game? Good game for those who reaaly love hockey.

  13. The salary cap destroys concept of the rebuild. Example: the Leafs window of opportunity will close as soon as they have to pay their 3 young stars decent money. Yet the fans still think in terms of a 5 year rebuild!

  14. BRO! Weinberg gets 4.9mill but Horvat gets 6 or 7mil? LMAO! Come on…. he would be happy to get 4.5 on a 6 year dea

  15. Tavares coming to Vancouver….. in the words of Vince Mcmahon… NOO CHANCE IN HELLL

  16. I think the biggest blow was when the jets return to the nhl they lost Craig heizinger and his development program edler Kessler bieksa tanev
Burrows grabner Cory Schneider and even Alain vignault it was a really good development system which now belongs to the jets something has to be said about that

  17. Solid review of the Canucks and its players. I agree that the Sedins would be good in a support role with salaries greatly reduced for them.

  18. @THG … Rasmus Dahlin would be amazing if we won the lottery, but who in your opinion is next best Svechnikov or Boqvist ??

  19. The Canucks are going to be in great shape down the road. Horvat, Boeser, Virtanen(not giving up on the BC boy yet), Pettersson, Gaudette, Lind, Dahlen, Gadjovich, Juolevi, Demko, etc. What the Canucks DO need is a bonafide #1A defenseman or at least two #1B defensemen. And last but not least, ditch the corporate and bad luck orca and go with Johnny Canuck or the Stick In Rink w/JC.

  20. Its a better season this season, better moments, nicer glimpses of our future. Still feel we will finish bottom 5 though, hopefully have some luck in the lottery. I feel by 2019-2020 season we will be a playoff team again.

  21. Pretty good analysis and this kind of aged well. I think Petterson will be in the line up next season. Has he gained weight yet?

  22. Canucks not doing well, but at least happy that you’re wrong about Pettersson

  23. Pettersson was a immediate impact player for the canucks and won the Calder
