Ive been watching the highlights reels for this series to get a sense of how strong the US part of the league really was and i must im not impressed, MTL is gonna eat Vegas alive.
So weird MTL/VGK and its essentially the conf final. Doesnt look or sound right but this is it. Vegas has sputtered in each round of the NHL playoffs. Finals semis and opening rd. They need to finish.
Vegas literally played perfectly this game, Colorado didn't make many mistakes, if any, and VGK doubled their score. Can't wait for Montreal and Vegas game one tonight! Happy birthday to me!

I might be wrong but the lack of good backup for grubauer showed here. I think he was just tired and let a few goals in that he would typically save.

3rd season was a mixture of both
