  1. The first time Nathan said Lighting instead of LightNing, I tuned out. He lost all credibility with me.

  2. I’m not sure that Tampa is as hungry as they were in the last 2 seasons

  3. A lot of people act like getting out of the first round would be this huge accomplishment for leafs. That's total under achieving b.s. After 55 years and the money that the fans have spent on tickets and merchandise, nothing short of a Stanley Cup is acceptable. Think about it, are we supposed to wait another 18 years for them to get past the second round ?

  4. Leafs in 6. They seem to play better with a chip on their shoulder and when they are viewed as an underdog in a matchup. Even though they have the better stats and standing this year then Tampa a lot of people have them as the underdog which will work in their favour in my opinion.

  5. As a Leaf fan, I will need to up my prescription dosage and strength to get through this series.

  6. Ok, here's the typical scenario that will play out. Maroon will throw his weight around and Matthews will sprain his ankle in the first period of game 1

  7. Mike Zeisberger, NHL commentator, is high on Crack predicting the Loser Leafs will win the Cup. If he was a man, he’d accept my bet they will be in the 2023 Guinness Book of World Records by losing in the playoffs this year and become the All-Time Biggest NHL Losers. Get off the drugs Mike you Homer!

  8. It would be sooo stupid to make any big trades if they lose against Tampa in the first round. Leafs have the hardest matchup and they’re a really good team I wouldn’t make any big changes

  9. TBL all the way. Leafs history means folding like a cheap suit when any pressure applied. Sorry to say because their fans need a cup.

  10. If the Leafs are underdogs, they wouldn't want it any other way. Lets go Matthews , Marner , Campbell and company.

  11. Yes, Tampa has won the last 2 cups, but the year before that they got swept by Columbus. Anything is possible in playoff hockey.

  12. Oh ya I really want to slay a dragon in Tampa first round then have to play another strong team then another strong team… like hell keefe wanted Tampa in the first round

  13. This will be super hard for the Leafs to overcome. If they do, I almost guarantee they will go to the cup final.
