malgin’s emergence as a top 6 scorer gives the leafs so many options. I was a massive supporter of this trade (and abused for it) and early returns are proving that his ceiling has yet to be scratched.

He’s practically the same size as Robertson, but seems to have the necessary hockey IQ for a top 6 role. I think Robertson might need 1 more full year in the AHL.
I would love to see him get an opportunity. People were overreacting to an eight-game sample size and I believe he has a lot more to give. Hoping he can crack the lineup!
