Sabres look set for their future. Especially if UPL and Levi both hit they could be deadly considering the crop of core forwards and D they’ve built up in their system
We got all sorts of future And 2 solid net minders in the ranks Upl looks good in the nhl already what is Jack thinkin
My beloved Sabres need to get both Levi & Portillo locked up. We’ve seen 2 years straight of goaltending disasters due to injuries. Peterson walked a few years back. UPL can man the net adequately until Levi is fully NHL ready. I was hoping for Walstadt too last year. I’m jacked up for the near future!
Go NU dawgs
Keep up the good work!!
Levi and UPL will be our future goalies!!!
Upl is a stud he is super good but the sabres are just that bad he makes unbeliveable saves
UPL has work horse talent and size. Durability, not so much. He has had some bad luck injury. Hopefully he can string together a solid injury free season next year. The prospect depth is encouraging no doubt.
UPL,Levi and Portillo are our Future. Drafting another Prospect this yr would be wise also. Don’t forget Howser as all he’s done is play insane.
UPL is our future if we have intentions to win for a change lol
If he keeps playing out of his mind like this he will definitely be a solid starter
Levi will get a long look if he signs this summer. Him and UPL are likely the goalies next year.
Don't understand anyone's interest in Luukkonen. He's been consistently very bad.
Levi is a superstar in the waiting. Dude fuckin shuts it down every time he is in front of the net, doesn't matter if you're playing on mars he's who you want in goal.
eeh i don't know, buffalo. I wouldn't take him just yet. might want to let him stay down with us- i mean northeastern for another season, ya know, just to see if he's legit
The future is looking awesome for the Sabres. Cozens, Krebs and Quinn are going to be a awesome line
He better be!!! Don't screw it up sabres. He's a beast!!!
He's the next Ryan Miller
Shittttt this kinda eye opening about the future of the club…. I mean Jesus a Levi portillo line up would be crazy and a 1-2 to combat annnnnnnnny offence even if ovis still with us haha
I wonder if he’s gonna play out his college career and become a free agent and we get boned
Still believe Adams will pick up a goalie for the coming season.Anderson is 40,undecided about whether he wants to play in the coming season. He may want a goaltender to play till UPL or Levi is ready to man the pipes.
I 100% agree!!
It looks good we’ll see how the development gos,Especially because the other goalie we have in the pipes coming up doesn’t seem to wanna be here I believe that’s peturkka or whoever
Did you to completely forget about Tej Thompson with 37 goals…
It’s a shame Canada was too stupid to let him play in the Olympics. Maybe they could’ve won a medal if they had. What I love is Levi didn’t win the Hobey Baker, but he got the Mike Ritcher award. Goaltender Dryden McKay won the Hobey Baker as college hockey’s best player, but Levi got the best goaltender award. Confusing, isn’t it?
It'll be interesting to see what the Sabres do, as they have 3 good prospects in net, plus signing Comrie, who could turn out to be their #1 goalie for the next few seasons. UPL has promise, but he has been a bit inconsistent & has had some injuries. I don't see Portillo hanging around, I suspect he'll sign with another team when he's done with college. Levi however, I think is a goalie Buffalo should invest in as their future #1 down the road. I think he's probably better than Luukkonen. It would be good to see those 2 as a tandem in a few years, but depending on how things go, I won't be shocked if the Sabres trade Luukkonen at some point. I suppose it depends on how well he does for the next couple seasons. This coming season he'll be here in Rochester unless Anderson or Comrie get injured, and he still needs more AHL time, I think. But I'm excited to see what happens with Levi once he goes pro after college. I think he's got plenty of potential to be a big deal.
