  1. I have to agree with you on the Bruins depth not getting enough credit. And I think it's because the 3rd line gets overlooked. I think Frederic should have won the 7th player award. He showed me more this year than I was ever expecting him to develop into. And with Coyle and Smith that's a line that can do very well in the playoffs. As for the D. I have more worry about Gryz than anyone. And I think it's his play that caused Carlo to not look quite as good as he has. Clifton is a little worrisome and I probably wouldn't start him. But all in all I think the D is better than last years playoffs. I have seen the lines come together and gel a lot better than when the Canes last played Boston.
Right now I think the Bruins could go all the way to the finals, if everyone plays the way they have shown that they can. But really, 1 through 8 in the East can say the same. I picked the Bruins all the way but I wouldn't be surprised by any team in the East making the finals this year.

  2. I don't think Swayman or Ullmark care who starts but Ullmark has a real chance to lead them to the promise land!

  3. According to Don Cherry's podcast, some analytics expert calculated that it will be a Bruins-Flames Cup final with Boston winning! That seems very optimistic to me. Nevertheless, I'm hoping for the best for my beloved Bruins..

  4. I would definitely take the Bs forwards over the canes forwards

  5. Two ex factor players are brown and Riley both should be in over forbort and Clifton. Brown provides the girth at the back end and Riley can skate and score

  6. To win this series, the Bruins are goin to have to play their best hockey they've played all year. All 4 lines have to score and score on the power play cause this team is no joke. Do I think they can pull it off? Absolutely. Do I think it will be a back and forth series? Also yes. I think bruins win game 1, Canes game 2 and so on just like that all the way to Game 7 where the Bruins just finally nudge out Carolina in the end. BRUINS in 7 but it will be a hard 7.

  7. I've been a lifelong Bruins fan but I've fallen in love with the Canes and their fanbase. Really looking forward to this matchup

  8. Bruins have stopped scoring against the Canes , we're in big trouble if goals don't come back , go Bruins go

  9. Ownership fail, General Management fail, Coaching Fail, player Fail, recipe for failure.
