Basically a wasted opportunity for Sandin to establish his role. Instead he sits out and may have a more difficult time getting back in depending on when he signs. If the team is rolling well he could be riding the press box

I dont understand Sandin. Just sign a 2 year contract – establish yourself on the team and cash out when Muzzin and Brodie’s contracts expire
