  1. Let's not forget how much cap space Seattle has because of the picks they made. Free agency begins on the 28th. 😉

  2. Apologies that the live stream ended so abruptly! Technical difficulties in my portable setup at work.

What do you think of Eklund?

  3. Been watching his highlight reels. Love the vision and shiftiness. Looking forward to seeing him in teal!

  4. Hopefully this was a Doug Wilson Jr pick and not a Doug Wilson pick. Because he would wait for 7 years and sign him to a 6-8 year around $9-11 million average per year contract deal when he is passed 30 years old

  5. Brodie, the size scares me, at such a small size (like you) speed is good, but at 177 lbs, one good hit can spell doom. I think Curtis should show you what I'm talking about. Invite him as a guest to an A's pre or post to diminstrate..lol. just kidding. Thanks for the info. Any trade news on possible trade of Timo Meier to New Jersey and taking Martin Jones off the team?

  6. He’d look good on the left side of Wright or Savoie! Lol. This pick sped up the rebuild. Steal of the draft for sure. He might go back to Sweden and that’s fine. The worse we are, the more likely we’ll get the centreman that he’ll play with for 15 years.

  7. I wanted Wallstedt bad, I hope we didn't take the wrong Swede, I guess for whatever reason Wallstedt falling and Cossa going first maybe it'll be ok

  8. I’m so stoked to see you have a channel. I had no idea but instantly subbed.

I was all high on Kent Johnson because I didn’t even think Eklund was an option. Seems like an absolutely great pick up. Excited to see what number he picks

  9. Eklund is a center. He was just playing wing last season because he was a kid in an adult league. DWjr said they project him to be a center.

  10. Let’s hope the Sharks leave him over in Sweden for at least one more season. Let’s not rush this kid.

  11. Should leave him in Sweden, so he can develop some more before, Hopefully to Rögle bk instead of current team. The abotts of rögle develop nhl player yearly. Great picks tho. Don't rush it.

  12. He looks really close to NHL ready but maybe needs a few more years to develop. Can anyone explain to me leaving him in Sweden vs putting him on the barracuda? In my mind having him over here on the dev team would be better because then he's around our guys and learning our system.
