Dubas is very familiar with Sandin, good to add a defender to the organization. I like this pick.
Solid pick. Good chance he becomes a top 4 guy bottom pairing maybe with Toronto’s left side. Doesn’t have the same ceiling as other guys but he should be good in a couple years safe top 4 guy hopefully

Washington wins with a big heavy team and the Leafs continue to draft tiny boys with zero fight in them! The Leafs are going down the same road as the Raptors. Teams that can win in the regular season but have NO CHANCE in the playoffs! Also if you look at the draft the Islanders had they drafted BIGGER players, Why didn't Lou draft bigger player here? I think we can ALL see Dubas isn't running things here and either was Lou in Toronto! The Leafs are going no where!! Even if they get a superstar as a free agent this year the teams toughness is HORRIBLE!!

Watching this guy play he seems to have the poise and confidence of a much more seasoned player. He always seems to make the smart play just like dermott. I can see those two being the two solid reliable defenders on the leafs blueline in the future
