I’m so happy about this. I loved Peekes game last season.
Nice!! That’s a well earned raise for Peeke and I’m so glad we’ve got him for three more years!
I think he can really elevate his game and we haven’t seen his best yet.
The defensive slots are going to get VERY competitive after this year. I think our D will be just as good or better than with Torts soon.
If he can continue to grow its a good price. May be a little high based off last years play level but this is a 3 year contract and he’s young still.

Nice little deal there. What his role will be for the next few years is gonna be one of the most interesting to look out for. Think this year he’s with Werenski again but once Jiricek is ready? There’s a lot of moving parts at that point. Someone from Peeke, Gudbranson and Boqvist will have to play on the left side since they all are under team control for awhile. Think once Jiricek is here, Bean is out
Log jam of potential in the D corps for the next 2-3 seasons.. trades will go down. Assuming Gavi resigns as a UFA…

I said $2.5 mil if he was gonna stay. So my question is there now is a potential log jam on right side. Is trading Boqvist on the table now? He could get a kings ransom right now and we are not hurting for offense for the near future
