I’d like to see the Canucks get another 1st rounder at the draft via trade. My wish list is Nazar and Howard.
Kasper is just an amazing player he van play on the boxplay blocking shots and win loose pucks as well as he can play in front of the net and in the corners on a powerplay. In Rögle he played important minutes and being very good every game in a power line With a lot of offensive finess as well with Adam Edström who the Rangers signed some weeks ago. As a swede watching him every game i really like the way he play and what he bring to Rögle and Austria.
If Geekie, Lambert, Nazar, Lekkerimaki, Gauthier are there, we take them, otherwise I would reach for the right shot D in Seamus Casey

Trade down for a pick around 20th and a second and draft Tristan Luneau, a big right shot D who is slated to go around that mark. However I must admit I have not seen most of these middle first round guys play and am going by what I've read but Vancouver needs lots of picks. Anybody picked 15th to 25th is at least 2 years from the NHL anyways

It might be a good idea to either get another 1st rounder or trade to move up in the draft. I wouldn't ever move this 1st round pick unless it's to get a higher draft pick – McDavid or some other ridiculous offer aside. If there's a move to be made involving Miller or Boeser to either add another 1st rounder or move up in the draft, I'm all for that, but if it's about moving a draft pick for an established player, I say hard pass.

I hope that Seamus Casey or Tristan Luneau could be drafted in the 20-25 spot. We could possibly get another pick to drop back a bit. I don't see Casey on some of the 1st round projections any more, so I wonder if he slipped into the 2nd round? Unless we can pry away a young RHD from another team in a trade (Schneider-NYR or Drysdale-LAK) I think the focus must be on a RHD for the top 4.
