I think their downfall all started when Dominguez gave up that go ahead 2 run hr in the 8th inning to acuna on September 16. That inning snowballed and their collapse has snowballed other than that mini 3 game wins streak last week. This team was supposed to hit their way to the playoffs. Disappointing

Did I hear T Mac & Rueben correctly ? That over the last 2 games they've had the leadoff man get on base for each of the last 13 consecutive innings, and have scored ZERO runs. Oh yeah, for sure, they've scored after 2 outs 3 times earlier in this series, all thanks to Bryce Harper's single hits. Nobody else hit with a RISP. They're like 3 for 25 in the series. Only 3 pathetic single runs in 3 games. Starting pitching did ok, I can live with that. But the bullpen – Brogdon got crushed the other day, today he & Robertson combined to give up 6 walks in only 2 innings. Nelson & Bellatti barely escaped damage in garbage time innings in the last 2 games. Looks like they're planning to bring out the golf clubs again
It was obvious when they were in Atlanta during the Braves series that this team was in trouble. Their are no real winners on this team. Where are our leaders during this time? Jimmy Rollins & Chase Utley would have never allowed this to happen.

How can anyone be happy with this team? It's over. You're not winning 4 in Washington, especially considering there's a double header in there. Then you go to Houston? Forget it. This team doesn't deserve our time at this point. Brewers stink too, but they'll pound the Marlins.
Crazy how last week I was fairly certain Phillies would be okay and now I’m fairly confident Phillies are gonna miss it altogether. Especially with baker starting Houston’s starters. It’s a shame bc I’d rather play against the Phillies in the post season than all the other nl playoff teams but doesn’t seem like that’s gonna happen. Oh well. LGM!
