#torontomapleleafs #edmontonoilers #patrickkane #newyorkrangers #nhlrumors

  1. I think its Sandin plus maybe kerfoot and or Holl, a top prospect and a 1st for salary. Knies i hope isnt moved

  2. Players want to win. Why would they go to Toronto? For anyone who thinks leafs r good please tell me what have they don't in the playoffs in the last 15 years ? 😂😂😂

  3. I think Kane will end up in New York. Big price for the Oilers for less than a year. They can't afford to resign him.

  4. 👀
    MOCK TRADE
    To Chicago 2023 1st 3rd 2024 2nd 2025 2nd
    Muzzin

Conditional 2024 1st if Kane scores over 100 points and Leafs make it to the ECF

    To Toronto Kane 50%

It's the same thing they got for Debrincat except they get a extra 2nd because Torontos picks aren't as good as Ottawa and Kanes Vaule isn't the same as the much younger Debrincat also Muzzin Makes the salary work and Chicago can flip him for a second somewhere else maybe a 1st if they retain if this isn't enough id also be willing to throw in Matthew Knies which is the equivalent of decent 1st round pick and/or justin Holl so they can flip him for a 2nd+ for extra vaule as a surplus

Muzzin has a 10 team no trade list but they could convince his to waive it by telling him they will trade him to a contender before the season starts for a win win win Scenario

Chicago showed alot of interest in Knies as the most recent trade deadline in a deal that would've involved Flurey

Patrick Kane has also shown alot interest in playing with Auston Matthews at the Olympics and was very disappointed when he wasn't able to play on a line with him

But if Chicago really wants sandin you can switch out a 1st and 3rd for him instead or the 2 2nds

  5. Don't see how the Leafs could even fit him under their cap. They'd have to move Kerfoot, Muzzin and/or Holl just to squeeze him in…With Sandin still not signed and contract talks going nowhere…Maybe Dubas is considering a trade for Kane but I just don't see it. I think he goes to New York to play with his old Hawk teammate Artem Panarin. As a leafs fan I don't see Kane making that big a difference to the leafs forward group….Yes a line of Kane-Matthews-Marner would be sick but their goaltending is a huge ? and their defense with or without Sandin is the exact same as it was last year. Having Kane would be cool but I think he ends up in New York…It's not worth trading players, picks and prospects for a one year rental. The Leafs been down this road before with Thornton and Foligno and look how that turned out.

  6. Laufranier would be the price. And nobody calls him Patty in Chicago. And he would extend in NY . Private jet to Buffalo is nothing
But he's Married to a Chicago girl. I can see him staying and signing till 40.

  7. After the season starts, the Oilers will probably be one of the top teams in the NHL. The chances of the Oilers adding Kane coming in mid-season, to change the entire chemistry and for him to learn a new system on the fly, I don't think this is a good thing and end up positive for the Oilers.

Unless the Oilers dropped to mid-pack and need a jolt, it's unlikely that the Oilers will pick up Kane mid-season … Even if that happens, it's likely there are other issues to fix (other than Kane), most likely defense or a goalie. At that time, acquiring Kane is not a priority.

So, before the season starts, it will benefit the Oilers to acquire Kane. Mid-season … not so much.

  8. Knies is a non starter more like kerfoot holl sandin Robertson 50% retain and conditional first if the leafs go past 1st rd. Or he resigns.if not its a 2nd rd pick.
