    It feels like this happened a long time ago. Easy to forget that since 2010 only 10 teams have been in the Stanley Cup final. Even with our struggles, the Devils are one of the elite organizations in the league, and the only team in New Jersey proud enough to own it.

    So proud to be a fan. Let's go Devils!

    If NJ wins one of those first 2 OT games in NJ that LA series would have looked totally different. Quick was just incredible.

    2012: Devils weren't expected to go to the Final, do and lose. 2015: Mets weren't expected to make playoffs and go to Series and lose. Man, life is rough

    Well 5 years later the future is looking bright 1st overall pick Nico Hischer, A young Blue line and a Offensive core as of the time I'm writing this comment is scoring lots of goals… It may not be this year or the year after but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel and the future is looking bright I see Playoffs in our future GO DEVILS

    I remember going to every game that year. Mr brother bobby had just finished his first year at Rutgers (where he later dropped out !oh u bobby !) and we would pile in the van and go to the games and root for the team. The Rangers had a lot of great players that year. Sanchez and Reid led the way on shots taken and thats always a telling statistic on who's really better – my dad told me once- Lets hope the team stays in New Jersey and keeps giving us unforgettable memories .

    Bet you devils fans didn’t expect what happened at the end of the season did you? Y’know, a certain game 6 against the Kings in the final with a game final score of 6-1 and series losing 4-2

    I was 4 or 5 when this happened when the kings won in 2012 I thought about punching the tv then in 2014 when the rangers lost to the kings I was jumping up and down

    Coming back to this video before the 2019 season just gets me that much more hyped. Also, damn that LA series could have looked so different if NJ could have just won one of those first 2 games…and both games they were a crossbar away.

    This video makes me emotional to this day, still gotta hold back tears I remember staying up late on a school night and balling my eyes out in happiness when Henrique won it for us again against the rangers

    I still don’t understand why everybody left after this season. It killed me to see all of them leave. I had so much love for this team in that time.
