Big 'Thank You' to the Red Wings organization, for streaming this game free to all of us DRW fans, worldwide 🌏! Nice commentary from Daniella, Carley and Ken, throughout and a real sense of excitement present in Traverse City, as we finally got to see some of the new and up-and-coming DRW players of the coming seasons.
Kirill T. really lived up to my (skyhigh) expectations for him, in this one: 2 x goals, some great breaks and passes, and a real handful for the Dallas 'D', whenever he was on the ice.
Viktor Brattstrom impressed me in 🥅, for the first couple of periods, but it looked like he might have picked up a bump or two, there, so hopefully he's okay. Jonathan Berggren, impressively showcased his speed and skills, during his time on the ice and Chase Pearson also played pretty well, early on, too.
Nice work by Adam Brubacher, today, too. He certainly made the most of his time on the ice and his assist on the Kirill T. goal, was just reward for his quietly assured, locked-in performance in this opening game of Detroit's tournament. AB could certainly be a player of interest to the organization (probably from a GRG perspective, initially), going forwards, I feel.
Hopefully, we will see Detroit try to impose themselves more in the center-ice area/action, in the weekend's remaining games, as Dallas' disciplined work there definitely laid the path for their attempted third period fightback.

Was this streamed live on YouTube? Are the other teams providing literally any coverage of this event that they keep gushing about? The NHL is so bad at marketing. Everybody’s talking about this stupid prospect challenge but you’re not even allowed to watch it. Just want to know where the links to these streams are being posted or advertised so I can watch some of this in real time
