The ups and downs with this team is just so surreal, like back in 2018 they literally couldn’t even score they had problems with depth. Then out of nowhere Bam, they get good in 2019 and stay that way until after the finals in 2020 then they go to shit again.
They had a fluke run last year and their season was literally saved by covid. They were on their way out of the playoffs and cutting the season short stopped their skid. Goaltending and defense are their strongest attributes but when you can't score for shit, that's a problem. Even when the team was healthy they were near the bottom in goals for. Don't wanna hear shit about injuries because every team deals with them. Simple answer, the Dallas Stars just aren't that good. Blame the GM.
I don't think this team was as good as the Stanley Cup finalists they were last year but I do think they are better than what they showed this year. This is a playoff team but not a Stanley Cup contender
Goals? Ya them and any other team that missed the playoffs. Simple jack is giving out hot takes. What about injuries to our 2 of 3 on the top forward line, Starting goaltender, hintz missing 1/2 of the games, the whole team getting COVID and the power outages put them in a ridiculously overloaded schedule with make up games and no time to recover. 14 OT/SO losses( where seguein and radulov happen kill it) even just being banged up from the late run into the finals. Goals is such a lazy answer. Dudes a clown 🤡 size 76 shoes.

Because the goofy play-round bs was smoke and mirrors. Dallas is back to earth
Because everyone is injured lol. Robertson’s emergence is the only reason they were even in contention
Because they are flukes loilololololol
Because the bubble was a flook
Why this man just start talking about Canada bruh
Quick answer.
Seguin and Bishop took the year off.
Long answer.
A schedule of 4 games every 6 days for 2 months.

Because we need more reliable veteran talent on this team.
