Don’t know if the Hockey Mod projected lineups are on point, but if this is the final roster with Vesey as a 13th forward and Rydahl as first call up to eventually replace Carpenter I’m not too unhappy.

why play Kravtsov in another game? 8 minutes with Panarin/Trocheck is clearly enough time to get an idea of what you have /s

Lol. So predictable. I mean seriously, this guy [tweeted this on August 6](https://twitter.com/based_shesty/status/1555953806453735425?t=mlehG62qHlwfAzEuvkPH9g&s=19).
Preseason is the time of experimentation. The results of that experimentation? 8 minutes with Panarin/Trocheck as a line, otherwise playing with Chytil or Vesey/Brodzinski. Really got a great look there.
There’s a reason that Buchnevich (traded to give the kids playing time) remains a point of emphasis and discussion — because here we are playing a guy on a PTO with 8 goals in 68 games last year at 2RW, a 4th liner at 3RW, and an AHLer at 4RW
How much you wanna bet Krastov is being given some unholy ultimatums today? You can see he’s added to his game defensively, but holy smokes there are plenty of instances where he looks lost out there. Have to wonder how much of a gap there is to him being a gritty bottom 6er—which I think is his ceiling now. He doesn’t have the skates or hands to be a playmaker and smaller frame on a tall guy keeps him from being very intimidating to defend.
