  1. how can I get on this podcast. I am born raised avalnche fan. I live in hawaii but I need to chat Avs with other fans please contact me.

  2. I was fuckin 14 when the avs won their last cup. I’m so excited for this. And I truly think the avs have the heavy advantage in this series.

  3. was AJ being serious with his comment on Valeri Nichushkin not re-signing? AJ you cant just drop that bombshell and be like yeah we'll talk about that later.

  4. Ok Meghan, how many bushes are you gonna need to hide in?

  5. I don’t buy the Avs being more driven to win it, Tampa was “driven” and lost in 2015 to a Hawks team that didn’t need a third Stanley Cup

  6. “Tampa bay top scorers” proceeds to talk about Aves player being sick…

  7. Congrats to Avs fans. This final has predicted for a while now. The Bolts have the ability to morph their play style in real time to counter whatever the Avs will try to do. Everyone knows the headline advantages, the tangibles. Where Tampa is going to probably surprise Avs fans is the intangibles. That ability to control tempo, mix and match play styles at will, and just the raw determination up and down the line up is not to be triffled with. Tampa is going to knock the Avs off their style at some point in this series. You'll know when it happens. That much heralded other gear that Tampa has, that find a way nature, its real. Good luck. Tampa in 6.

  8. You guys are impressive like often. Can hang with the best and even do it for hours at a time.

  9. The high level of the Mountain Time Zone is going to just wipe out the BOLTS, they are going to be so tired after two periods, that it just might be a route. But home ice advantage is going to make the AVS win this series. The BOLTS are good, but they must face the Altitude and Mountain Climate. AVS have it this year and probably will take the series in 6 games. No overtime games.

  10. Avs had to learn a few lessons vs St Louis (kinda Tampa light)…then taught Edmonton a few-thatll benefit them when McDavid/Drasatil win their Cup in next 2-3yrs. Then TB taught us a few more (especially games 1,& 5)before we could be Champs.

And some of that lesson learning involved the Avs showing tremendous resilience,& mental toughness that we long ago knew St Louis,& TB already had. Edmonton made strides in that area-but still has a few steps to go. But an actual quality blueline is needed 1st for them.

  11. Avs didn't have a tough path-especially compared to TB. But as Rudo said-that isn't their fault-they dominated…not like they went 6 or 7 vs everybody. TB had arguably the toughest path ever-at least points wise. I don't think the Rangers were ready,& Florida is kinda mentally soft. We KNOW Toronto has mental issues,& hurdles to get over. But all 3 of those teams do have a lot of top end talent-especially at forward. No team had ever faced 4 teams with 100+ points…TB actually faced 4 with 110+.

But we knew all season the East was way deeper,& better-at least I did. Except for Colorado basically. But it's not the Avs fault the rest of the West sn't great. I said all season Nashville,& Dallas wouldn't have have prayer of being playoff teams in the East-but that's their fault-not the Avs. And St Louis is a top 5ish team,my opinion. Especially with their championship DNA. And I'm glad you clarified that most those shows did pick Colorado to win those series-they just thought they'd be closer.

But thankfully-NYR or Florida didn't get to the Finals. We'd still have to hear bout those teams obvious flaws,& inexperience. But nobody reasonable can say shit-when you beat the best cap era goalie,2 time champs,& team that faced 4 straight 110+ opponents…& made 3 straight Finals…4 overall,& 6 of 8 ECFs.
