   I’m guessing they had to wait until after the preseason so the cap (including LTIR) would go under the 10% flex due to having 30 people on the roster.

   This feels like a bit of an overpay. Would have loved to see him between 1.5 and 2.

   This might be an overpay if compared to Durzi, Liljegren, and Sandin. But like Lily and Sandin, I think this is gonna be a pretty big breakout year for them. But we got Hague for one extra year so the cap will go up pretty far.

   Basically, I’m saying this is a solid bridge deal for both parties. Time for Hague to break out at relatively cheap, and we’ll have plenty of room to resign after.
