  1. Letang just watched that one puck glide right past him to dvorak… but I'll take it!

  2. I was ready to embrace the tank. They disappoint me again… I kid. I'm happy for the win.

  3. Sloppy play by my Habs , I'll that the win but we have to shape up gave the puck away way to much. Allen saved our bacon.

  4. Intermediate initiative is the Canadians , foreplay it seems . U win one , and U lose a lot !!!!

  5. Ruhwedel and Matheson should never be an NHL defensive pairing unless your top 4 are out on the COVID list or something. Ruhwedel is a depth minimal salary guy, you expect him to be a liability to some degree, but Matheson is making 4 or 4.5 million a year…. he sucks relative to that paycheck. I'd trade him and a pick to lose that salary.

  6. When are we going to have a talk about Letang and how much of a defensive liability he has become? Every time I’m watching our defense make some horrible blunder there’s a 99% it’s gonna be letang who’s doing it.

  7. Was hoping for the habs to lose so they could fire everyone at front office. Everytime they are on the edge of cleaning up they freaking win and then nothing happens for the next weeks..

  8. Как думаете?
    Сможет Монреаль выйти в плей-офф?

  9. Would have been funny if Anderson had made a hat trick, all 3 empty net goals!!

  10. Coaches choice to play desmith was a bad one especially with marry in so much form but you can’t win em all well played lads. 🐧

  11. "They have their second win in the last eight games." The broadcaster said it in such a positive way.

  12. HABS play a "weak" team (LA & BUF) they are expected to win. They don't win & look bad. But come back, look good & win the next game (CAL & PIT) so there's something going on here. They could've won those "weak" games and maybe won 2 in a row both times. But got embarrassed & came our hard to finally win a couple games. Something going on there.

  13. DeSmith isn't good enough for Pens. He's overplaying way too many situations and letting too easy goals in. If Pens would have really good 2nd goalie with Jarry they would be way more difficult team to beat.

  14. The Penguins probably should have won that but, you don't lose if the other team isn't opportunistic. Canadiens looked good but DeSmith is also just not playing as well as Jarry right now. Maybe the Pens win if he plays, maybe they don't, doesn't matter because he didn't and Allen played so well it's hard to say Jarry could have out dueled another goalie for a second straight game anyway. But any time you put up 50 shots you should probably take the game but sometimes thems the breaks.

  15. Alright, fellow Penguins fans the win streak is over and the first priority is to give kudos to the Montreal Canadiens as they gave us payback from ten days ago. Now on to our losing report on our first L since the Sabers beat us on November 16th as we have to give credit to Montreal goaltender Jake Allen as he had a great game tonight. Our offense doesn't have too much to complain about besides not getting pucks in the net until the third period as we generated a lot of changes throughout the game. The offense woke up and fought back in the third period but we need to score a lot sooner if we wanna rebound to a better position. The defense wasn't terrible but this is a regression compared to Friday's win in New York. As a result, this allowed Montreal to generate a lot of opportunities on Casey Desmith and setup for some goals that most goaltenders wouldn't be able to save. Desmith was better than the Ottowa game as the goals he gave up weren't entirely his fault as we let guys free from the defensive perspective but something he can improve on is the speed of closing the five-hole, where two of the goals were given up. Our special teams were kinda bad tonight, despite progress on the power play, we gave up four penalties tonight. Those are not good numbers for the long-term, as we wanna limit opposing power-plays to three or less. In general, a combination of Jake Allen stealing the show and giving up key opportunities defensivly allowed Montreal to steal a W tonight and we gotta be prepared to bounce back in Calgary. As the Canadiens told the Penguins to take out their metro cards and to get aboard the L Train!

  16. What a clinic by Jake Allen. Took some brilliant shots to put it past him. Line chemistry starting to gel, finally.

  17. If we didn’t keep feeding them empty nets we may have had a chance at timing it last second.

  18. We were maybe 25 Habs fan in the PPG arena. At one point at the end of the 3rd with the empty net goals, I was asked to sit down by a Pens fan 🙂
